Zachary Parker, MBA, CFP®

About

Zachary Parker serves as Head of Osaic Sales for Highland Capital Brokerage. Zach started in the financial services industry in 1999. He has a passion for helping financial professionals enhance client relationships by delivering behavioral-focused, wealth-management and financial-planning advice. By focusing on advice-based models and comprehensive financial planning strategies including life, annuity, long-term care products, and disability insurance allows financial professionals to capture additional wallet share and move up in the market.

Zach joined Highland after 18 years of service on Osaic’s Wealth Management Team. During his tenure with Osaic, he developed practical income distribution tools including NextPhase™, a turnkey income distribution process used by a number of Osaic financial professionals. He also had responsibilities managing Osaic’s advanced planning and financial planning teams.

He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance, from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and an MBA from the University of Nebraska–Omaha. He holds a Life and Health Insurance license as well as Series 7, 65, and 24 securities licenses.

Zach resides in Lincoln, Neb., with his wife Amber and their Westie Goodwin. Together they enjoy road trips and time with family. Whether on the road or at home, they have been known to frequent local hole-in-the-wall dining establishments to enjoy unique cuisine. He also enjoys participating in competitive sports including bowling, golf, and marksmanship.
