Sally Taddy serves as the Director of EasyLife for Highland Capital Brokerage, where she supports our internal teams, advisors, and agents of our distribution partners on all aspects of Highland’s EasyLife platform. Sally provides guidance and training on best practices, as well as individual support on a case-by-case basis. Her overall knowledge of the system and its connectivity to the parties involved in its usage and business processing enables a frictionless experience for our advisors and agents. 

Sally has been in the insurance industry since 1988. In those 30+ years, she has performed many roles including case management, new business supervisor, sales support, marketing, and Vice President of Operations. Her broad experience and first-person understanding of how the business works provides a unique perspective on the potential challenges that come with writing, processing, and delivering insurance. Sally thrives on problem solving and helping see things through to completion.
