Matt Kroeger

About

Matt Kroeger serves as Divisional Vice President of Signature Life for Highland Capital Brokerage. In this role, Matt provides leadership, guidance, and accountability to a team of highly skilled Signature Life Vice Presidents. 

Matt began his career in 2003 with Insurance Designers of America in Scottsdale, Ariz. He has significant experience in the financial services and insurance distribution industry, including roles in New Business, Underwriting, Operations, Sales Support and Case Design, Account Management, and Sales Leadership. 

Matt joined Highland in 2012 and held several positions before leaving to accept a role as a Key Account Manager for MassMutual Strategic Distributors. He returned to Highland in 2023. 

Matt is Life and Health licensed in Arizona. He also holds his FINRA Series 6 (Investment Company Products/Variable Contracts Limited Representative) and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law) licenses. 

Matt lives in Phoenix, Ariz., with his wife, Kelly, and their children, Carson and Quinn. He enjoys cheering on the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns and stealing away to the nearest beach with his family whenever the opportunity presents itself.
