Erich Sternkopf serves as Divisional Vice President, Annuity Sales for Highland Capital Brokerage. Erich started in the financial services industry in 2018. He specializes in client relations, quality assurance, and taking a consultative sales approach with every advisor he works with.
Prior to Highland, Erich was with Equitable for seven years, most recently serving as the Divisional Sales Desk Manager for the Midwest Division. Throughout his tenure, Erich has been dedicated to servicing clients and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism. In 2024, his efforts culminated in the team surpassing $2 billion in sales.
Erich holds the following licenses – Series 6, 63, and 26.
Erich is originally from Long Island, N.Y., but now resides in Charlotte, N.C. where he lives with his wife, Mary Katherine. They’re expecting their first child in December. A proud University-of-Alabama graduate, Erich enjoys spending his spare time cheering on the Crimson Tide or trying to perfect his golf swing.
