Ryan Prout

Ryan Prout serves as an Advisor Consultant at Highland, where he partners with financial advisors to implement annuity strategies that support income planning, risk management, and portfolio diversification with a focus on helping advisors uncover opportunities within existing client portfolios. He specializes in fixed indexed and structured annuity strategies and brings hands-on experience supporting advisors across independent and broker-dealer channels.

Ryan began his career in the financial services industry in 2018 and has focused extensively on annuity distribution. Prior to Highland, he served as a Strategic Account Director at CeriFi, working closely with firms to support advisor growth and product education. He previously held roles at Equitable as an Internal Wholesaler and later as West Coast Divisional Sales Desk Manager, where he led sales support efforts and helped drive annuity business across the region.

He holds Series 6, 26, and 63 registrations.

Ryan earned his degree from Florida Atlantic University and is based in Tampa, Fla. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
