Lindsay Becker serves as Director, Insurance Planning for Highland Capital Brokerage. Lindsay started in the financial services industry at Highland Capital Brokerage in 2009. As Director, Insurance Planning for The Great Lakes Region she specializes in partnering with financial advisors to provide clients with individualized planning guidance for life insurance, long-term care insurance, and disability insurance. Areas of concentration include existing insurance policy review, estate planning, business insurance solutions, high-net-worth wealth transfer planning, and long-term care solutions. Lindsay prioritizes creating meaningful relationships and positive experiences for advisors and clients alike during the insurance acquisition process.

Prior to becoming Director, Insurance Planning, Lindsay served as the Manager of Advanced Case Design at Highland Capital Brokerage – Milwaukee. In this position, she developed extensive experience with life insurance design, advanced market policy structure, and strategic client presentations. In addition, Lindsay managed and trained the case design department, supervised the quoting of all lines of insurance, and worked closely with the sales team to help maintain and grow relationships with financial professionals.

Lindsay holds a life insurance license for the state of Wisconsin, and she maintains a Series 6 and a Series 63 license.

Lindsay, her husband Steve, and their three young children Harrison, Evelyn, and Henry, reside in Mequon, Wis., with their French bulldog, Olive. She enjoys spending time on Lake Koshkonong at her family lake house, as well as traveling, gardening, and reading.
