John Maeder serves as Vice President, New Business and has more than 20 years of insurance experience with Highland Capital Brokerage. During this time, Maeder gained valuable case management and underwriting knowledge, allowing him to progress in various roles within new business, including the training and development of case managers and establishing processing efficiencies.
A previous background in sales, combined with strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and creative problem solving, allowed Maeder to demonstrate value to Highland customers.
Originally from Los Angeles, Maeder now lives in eastern Washington with his wife and three children.
