Jason Kidd

Jason Kidd serves as Head of Advisor Experience at Highland Capital Brokerage, where he’s focused on enhancing the advisor journey through innovation, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the evolving needs of financial professionals. He entered the financial services industry in 2005 and has worked across multiple facets of insurance and wealth management distribution. Drawing on more than two decades of industry experience, he’s committed to helping advisors serve their clients more efficiently while strengthening their partnership with Highland. 

Before Highland, Jason spent more than a decade leading a successful brokerage general agency, where he championed the use of technology, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve advisor support, streamline operations, and drive business growth. This hands-on experience gives him a unique perspective on the opportunities and challenges advisors face every day. 

Jason holds the CLF® (Chartered Leadership Fellow) designation from The American College of Financial Services, with a focus on leadership, communication, and organizational management within the financial services industry. He also serves on the board of NAILBA, where he helps advance initiatives that support independent distribution, technology innovation, and advisor engagement across the life insurance and annuity marketplace. 

Jason resides on Long Island, N.Y., with his wife Nicole, and their two sons, Caden and Connor.
