Drew DeWitt serves as Vice President for Highland Capital Brokerage. With more than 23 years of experience in the financial services industry, Drew specializes in life, disability, and long-term care insurance with an emphasis in business and estate planning.

Prior to joining Highland, Drew spent time in the life settlement industry as well as working almost 10 years at Northwestern Mutual.

Drew is extremely active in financial services associations and has held positions such as NAIFA Minnesota President, NAIFA National Committee Chair, FPA® of Minnesota Board Member, and is an active member in the Society of Financial Service Professionals (FSP).

In his spare time, Drew helps to “guide’’ his two teenage children through life. He is very active in his CrossFit box, where he has worked out for six years. During the pandemic, Drew also started a rock cover band in his basement. As the drummer for 6 Feet Apart, Drew and his bandmates can be found touring the world (and local Minnetonka venues) supporting acts like Eric Church, Loverboy, Green Day, and The Talking Heads.
