Devon Barker serves as a Senior Advisor Consultant of Osaic Annuities for Highland Capital Brokerage focusing on the Midwest. With more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, Barker specializes in navigating the complexities of annuity solutions, while helping advisors achieve their goals in practice management, business development, client service modeling, and wealth management.

Prior to joining Highland, Barker was a Regional Consultant for Meeder Investment Management, OppenheimerFunds, and Jackson National. 

Barker holds the following designations and licenses: Certified Investment Management Analyst®, FINRA Series 6, 7, and 63, and Life and Health.

Barker, his family, and their two Upland bird dogs, reside in Conifer, Colo. They spend much of their free time skiing, fly fishing, rafting, mountain biking, camping, and golfing.
