Qualification Details

Qualification Period: January 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 (18 months)

Top 20 Life Producers: Must do a minimum of $1M in production credits.*

Top 20 Annuity Advisors: Must do a minimum of $10M in FIA business only.
Your qualification includes one guest.
*For those producers on Highland’s regular commission schedule, defined as target plus 5% excess premium.
Disclosures and Qualification Rules
The Highland Rewards Trip is NON-TRANSFERABLE and has no cash value. Family members and/or guests of qualifiers are not permitted to attend the Highland Rewards Trip without the qualifier in attendance.

The Highland Rewards Trip is subject to IRS 1099 treatment.

Rewards Credits reporting is dependent on the accuracy of reporting from Highland Capital Brokerage’s carriers. Rewards Credits for Highland Rewards Program are defined as the sum of the eligible Rewards Credits for each of the carrier production programs. In general, you will receive equivalent credit for the sale of eligible products as you would have under the individual carrier incentive programs. Rewards Credits must qualify under applicable federal and state insurance, securities, and tax laws.
