Steve Brock

Steve Brock serves as Associate Vice President on Highland’s Longevity Planning team. With over 25 years in the financial services industry, Steve specializes in long-term care planning, legacy planning, and life insurance retirement plan (LIRP) designs. 

Prior to joining Highland Capital Brokerage, Steve worked with numerous independent marketing organizations (IMO) and general agents (GAs) across the country creating sustainable life and long-term care divisions, while also helping advisors expand their product and service offerings to clientele. 

Before entering the financial services field in 1994, Steve worked for American Security where he created an international department specializing in military and prison security. He spent the next 17 years traveling primarily throughout the Middle East, Central America, Northern Europe, Australia, and Asia implementing security protocols and systems. 

Steve attended Northern Arizona University obtaining a degree in Fine Arts. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years, three of which at a NATO submarine base in Sardinia, Italy.

He resides in Phoenix with his wife, Sherry, and their 115 pound lab, Max. The couple has two grown children—a son and a daughter—and three grandsons.
