Through this guidance, he is able to add more clarity, opportunity, and certainty into a client’s life. With his team at Highland Capital Brokerage, Middi is focuses on asset protection, wealth transfer, business succession, by proactively engaging and designing different concepts around the financial plan created by the client and advisor.
Middi has spent time both as an advisor in his career (Wells Fargo, Northwestern Mutual and LPL) before transitioning over to a partner capacity where he has specialized in life, long term care, disability, and annuity solutions with both carriers and general agencies. He believes every situation is unique, and the key to purposeful planning is first understanding each client’s personal “story” which runs deeper than mere facts and figures. His work is his calling, and he gains great satisfaction in helping advisors deepen client relationships and employ results-oriented strategies to encourage gratitude and unity to protect and empower families. When approached properly, strategies find their appropriate place, and any product recommendations are wisely made within the overall planning context and family mission.
Middi moved to the United States as an immigrant from war torn Yugoslavia, where he spent most of his life living in the Midwest. Through his own personal experiences with family and friends, he was able to see what proper insurance focused planning was able to accomplish, as well as what missing proper insurance planning would mean.
Middi currently lives in Lakeland, Florida, with his wife, Medina, their daughter, Emalina, and a golden doodle named Luna. In his free time, Middi enjoys woodworking, fishing, cooking, and sports.
