Leigh Moore serves as Senior Compensation Analyst, Technical Lead for the Commission Department at Highland Capital Brokerage. She joined Highland in January of 2006 and processed commissions for nine years before taking on her current position in the spring of 2015.
Leigh is the point-of-contact for compensation schedule questions for Highlands’s life products. She maintains compensation schedules, processes institutional commissions, and serves as the Technical Lead for Highlands’s commissions department. In addition, she assists with training, troubleshooting, and acts as point-of-contact for escalated issues.
