Glenn Schultz serves as Manager, Sales Support for Highland Capital Brokerage. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance and investment industry.
Glenn began as an agent with John Hancock following in the footsteps of his father, who at the time was the general manager of the Tampa, Florida office. His freshman year with John Hancock, Glenn led all freshman agents in the Southeast in production.
After two years with John Hancock, Glenn was recruited by a recently purchased company of General Electric that designed and sold “Low Load” Life Insurance policies. Glenn was then asked to join G.E Life and Annuity company in Richmond, Virginia to train agency managers and their agents on company policies, sales techniques, and financial planning software. After G.E Capital changed their distribution model, he moved back to Florida and joined Western Reserve Life Assurance company as an Internal wholesaler while quickly moving up the ladder to an external wholesaler position.
Glenn worked eight years with Western Reserve before moving on to Raymond James Financial as a Life Insurance and Annuity Specialist. He then joined National Brokerage, which merged with Highland Capital Brokerage, in 2013.
Glenn’s broad experience in life Insurance products and concepts and his ability to work with a wide variety of financial professionals provides an added advantage to you and your clients. He prides himself on finding and delivering the right insurance solution to best fit the clients’ needs.
Glenn is a proud graduate of the University of South Florida and father of two wonderful children.
