Dennis Kelly serves as Vice President for Highland Capital Brokerage–Mid-Atlantic. His primary responsibility is growing the independent producer market.

Prior to joining Highland Capital Brokerage, Dennis spent over 24 years with a brokerage general agency in the suburban Philadelphia area. While there he helped grow their life and annuity distribution.
