About

Czarina C. Barit, MBA serves as AVP/Business Development Associate for Highland Capital Brokerage. With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, she specializes in life insurance sales, wholesaling, relationship management, life insurance product case design, and illustration software.  Czarina will support advisors by providing strategies and plans designed to help clients reach their financial planning goals.

Prior to joining Highland Capital Brokerage, Czarina was a Senior Sales Coordinator for John Hancock, and a Senior Case Designer for Time Financial/Crump. Czarina was also with GBS Insurance and Financial Services, initially as a Marketing Support Associate before becoming a Senior Inside Sales Specialist responsible for producing new business and servicing existing accounts through retail transactions, wholesaling, and point-of-sale support of life insurance products and services.

Czarina received her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and is life insurance-licensed in multiple states. She has been an active member of Challenger Toastmaster since 2018. She is a lifelong learner and an eager student of opportunities.

In her spare time, Czarina enjoys running, hiking, spin class, Pilates, and yoga. She serves at her community church as an Extraordinary Minister and advocates for good cause charities through her running and donations. She resides with her family in the San Fernando Valley region in Southern California.
