How We Serve
Highland’s Consultative Sales Center (CSC) was built to grow your unique practice. We take the time to listen and to learn about you, fully understand your needs, and offer solutions and support to proactively develop your business.
Our deep and varied experience in life, annuities, and longevity planning products provides a one-stop resource to help you build relationships with your clients, knowledgeably and confidently.
The CSC:
- Focuses on business development for producers.
- Provides a dedicated person or team to assist with virtual point of sale for both advisors and clients to help open and close cases.
- Offers virtual education and training on products, basic sales concepts, field underwriting resources, and technology.
- Extends our proprietary policy review service to existing clientele.
- Dedicates a proactive partner on marketing and sales initiatives.
- Navigates product selection and case design with clients.
- Works holistically with our case design, underwriting, and back-office processing teams to determine the best solution for clients.
